Profile Information: Name, age, weight, height, and dietary preferences you provide during onboarding.
Meal Planning Data: Your meal plans, recipes you've saved, grocery lists, and meal completion status.
Usage Data: How you interact with the app to improve your experience.
Location Data
nourish may request access to your location to recommend recipes featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients available in your area.
Location is entirely optional and only requested when you choose to enable this feature.
Your location data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
How We Store Your Data
All your personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that store your personal information.
Your onboarding responses, meal plans, and preferences are saved using secure on-device storage.
If you delete the app, all your data is permanently removed from your device.
Notifications
With your permission, nourish may send you local notifications for meal reminders and grocery shopping days.
These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Third-Party Services
RevenueCat: If you subscribe to nourish Premium, we use RevenueCat to process subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers to manage your subscription. See their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple App Store / Google Play: Your app purchase and subscription is processed through the respective app store, subject to their privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
- •Access: All your data is stored on your device. You can view it anytime within the app.
- •Deletion: Delete the app to remove all data, or use in-app settings to reset your profile.
- •Portability: Since data is stored locally, it exists only on your device.
- •Opt-out: You can deny location and notification permissions at any time.
Children's Privacy
nourish is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly address the issue.
